First up, just a little group of hammocks right at the edge of the sim on the South West corner. Get comfy and just gaze at the water until your worries disappear.
On the Southern edge of the sim you will find a ruined chapel, just outside the Temple Cave. There's a dance caller there if you feel that way inclined, or you can just wander and think quiet thoughts before tackling the scary stairs that will take you to the top of the cliffs and the secret entrance to the top layer of the caves!
